You will lead a talented team of software developers, architects, data management experts, and clinical informatics professionals to create, implement, andmaintainenterprise-level software solutions that drive our business forward. Yourexpertisein software development, solution architecture, data management, AI, clinical informatics, and product management will be critical in delivering innovative and impactful solutions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership:Providestrategic direction and leadership to software development and support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design robust and efficient solutions.DataManagement:Develop and implement data management strategies, ensuringaccurateand accessible data across the organization. Establish data governance practices, data quality standards, and data integration processes.ClinicalInformatics:Leverageyour clinical informaticsexpertisetopartner in guidingthe development of healthcare-related applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.ProductManagement:Collaborate with product management teams to define and refine product roadmaps, features, and enhancements. Drive successful delivery of software products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with market trends.Software Development andSupport:Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that exceed user expectations.In addition, ensuring our applicationportfolio is secure throughleveragingawell-definedvulnerability management program.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor's degree inCIS, Business Administration;master’sdegree preferred,or equivalent years of experience within the Applications realm.Skills and Experience:10+years of experience in software development and application architecture.Demonstratedability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time, delivering expected business results.Proventrack recordofbuilding,leading,and managing software development and support teams.Demonstrated success in leading enterprise application initiatives with extensive experience applying Agile methodologies at scale.Experience applying AI technologiesincluding large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and intelligent automationto enhance enterprise applications, streamline operations, and unlock new business value.Deepexpertisein enterprise solution architecture, data management, and clinical informatics.Strong understanding of technologiessuch asEMR & EPCR Platforms,SDLC Framework,Tools (e.g., JIRA, GITHUB)relevant tosoftware development andhealthcare industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experiencewith SBOM(Software Bill of Materials)and application to software security and software supply chain risk management.Certified Application Security Engineer(CASE) or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)preferred3+ years’ IT leadership experience in a health care setting is preferred.
